Transactions are done either through "Moneygram" or "Western Union" money transfer agencies. "Moneygram" seems to be more well established of the two and is said to be cheaper than "Western Union". It (moneygram) can be found in public institutions such as post offices, shopping centers (malls) and at the international tellers at you local or international certified banks.
